Equipment selection considerations

1.主机

1.The host

基本型	1.6	无特殊要求的物料给料
上振型	1.6	配置空间不够的情况下安装使用，其它与基本型相同
封闭型	1.6	易碎颗粒、粉尘较大及挥发性物料给料
轻槽型	1.0	比重较小的轻物料给料
平槽型	安配煤条件给出	薄料层均匀给料
宽槽型	按配煤条件给出	主要用于选煤，亦可用于向筛分设备给料

实际容重大于或小于上述计算容重时，生产率按实际物料容重进行换算。
对于粒度小于1mm的物料，输送速度下降，含水量大于10%的潮湿粘性物不能正常输送。料层厚度超过规定上值，会妨碍正常给料，推荐料层厚度H=(1/3～1/4)槽高。
对有特殊要求、特殊规格的产品，我公司可专门设计制造。

GZ系列电磁振动给料机配套控制箱具有手动控制和自动控制两种功能。自动控制信号为0～5V或～20mA。控制箱基本电路采用先进的移相触发器控制固态继电器作为主回路整流控制原件，可靠性好、寿命长，是一种新型控制电路。控制箱分为挂式与台式两种，订货时请注明。
