脱水筛(脱水振动筛)是煤泥脱水作业的专用设备，广泛适用于煤泥回收，压滤隔粗、过滤隔粗，其他极细物料的脱水、回收等工艺条件。脱水筛(脱水振动筛)采用了双电机自同步技术，通用型偏心块、可调振幅振动器。主要由筛箱、激振器、支承系统及电机组成。通过胶带联轴分别驱动两个互不联系的振动器作同步反向运转，两组偏心质量产生的离心力沿振动方向的分力叠加，反向离心抵消，从而形成单一的沿振动方向的激振动，使筛箱做往复直线运动。

　 1、筛机分单层和双层，并有单电机齿轮拖运和双电机自同步拖运之分。单电机拖运有左装和右装之分。
　 2、筛网结构有条缝筛网，冲孔筛板，如选用编织筛网和橡胶筛板可按要求设计。当选用及订货时,应对筛子的布置方式,筛缝尺寸作出决定,未作确定时,按右式布置洒缝0.5毫米供货(电机位于料流方向的左侧或右侧).
　 3、筛面倾角可在-2～10°内调整.选用其它角度,用户可自调整.
　 4、基础螺栓除ZSM185振动筛螺栓有M20和M16两种规格外，其余所有筛机基础螺栓均为M20，皆由用户自备。
